The City of Calgary does not provide refunds or returns for products ordered and delivered through the Calgary Online Store. If a publication or product is delivered to you in error, please use the Contact Us page immediately upon receipt to arrange for the appropriate replacement products or files.

Canceling an Order

All online product sales, excluding the following, are final:

• Property Assessment Complaint: If the Assessment Review Board makes a decision in your favour, or the Assessment Department makes a recommendation to reduce the assessment, this fee will be refunded.
